Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its global business strategy and lead the organization through a phase of significant growth. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining a clear 3-5 year company vision, developing a robust growth and expansion strategy, and establishing key performance indicators. This role demands a visionary leader with a proven track record in scaling tech/SaaS companies, including experience in raising capital and managing investor relationships. The CEO will be responsible for building and scaling the management team, optimizing operations, and driving product and go-to-market strategies. A deep understanding of the SaaS market, technical skills in SaaS products, and the ability to anticipate and respond to market trends, particularly in the AI/ML space, are essential. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or specialization in tech/startups being desirable. A minimum of 12 years' experience in progressive leadership roles within the tech/SaaS industry is required, with a strong preference for those who have held CEO, Founder, or COO/VP positions in a scale-up or tech startup. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to lead teams, drive operational excellence, and foster a culture of innovation. Key skills and competencies include visionary leadership, disciplined execution, financial acumen, and a strong network in the tech/VC ecosystem.
