Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with a strong international focus to lead its business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company's profit and loss statement, establishing and implementing short, medium, and long-term objectives, and optimizing production and work processes. Experience in industrial optimization methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma is essential. The role also involves identifying growth opportunities with new clients, maintaining relationships with key clients, and managing various aspects of the business, including pricing, budgets, proposals, and contracts. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a university degree, preferably in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, or business administration, and a master's degree or equivalent qualification in business administration. A minimum of 5-10 years of experience as a director of an SME or head of the sales department in a medium-to-large industrial company is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in the metal sector or manufacturing companies in the capital goods, aerospace, defense, or rail sectors, and must have a proven track record of leading sales in an international environment. Fluency in English and French is a must, and the candidate should be comfortable working in a factory setting.
