Head of Tax

The Company is seeking a Head of Tax to lead tax strategy, governance, compliance, reporting, and risk management across an international business. Responsibilities include developing tax policies and controls; advising on cross-border transactions, international tax structures, and transfer pricing; and overseeing Spanish corporate tax, VAT, withholding taxes, and tax authority audits. The role also covers tax accounting and provisions, compliance and financial reporting, and tax advice on transactions, restructurings, and commercial agreements. The successful candidate will advise senior leadership and collaborate with finance, legal, commercial, and external stakeholders. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant tax experience in a professional services firm or an international business, with strong knowledge of Spanish and international taxation, transfer pricing, and indirect taxes. The role requires technical expertise, commercial judgment, and the ability to manage complex matters independently. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, along with integrity and sound professional judgment, are essential. Fluency in Spanish and professional working proficiency in English are required.
