Vice President, Structured Notes Platform Development & Automation Greater Madrid, Spain Area

The Company is seeking a Structured Notes Platform Development & Automation Associate / Vice President to join their X-Asset Investment Solutions team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the design, industrialization, and scaling of a global structured-notes issuance platform. This role is at the forefront of the company's evolution into a technology-driven organization, with a strong focus on customer-centric transformation and a proactive approach to risk management. The key responsibilities include owning the functional design and delivery of platform enhancements, designing scalable front-to-back processes, coordinating technology delivery, driving market readiness for new products, and developing document-generation and data-driven workflows. The role also involves defining and implementing connectivity requirements, identifying and delivering automation for manual tasks, and leading business analysis and testing. Applicants for this role at the company should have a background in capital markets technology, business analysis, platform development, or a related field, with a strong preference for those with experience in structured-note issuance and securities workflows. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required, with a postgraduate qualification being a plus.
