The Company is in search of a Vice President, Fund/Client Accounting Manager to join their Global Institutional Accounting Limited Partnership Accounting and Administration Services team. This role is pivotal in leading the EMEA operation and is dedicated to Private Equity reporting for the asset owner client base. The successful candidate will be responsible for the daily and monthly audit cycle, ensuring the accuracy of client deliverables, and authorizing capital call payments. Additionally, the role involves supporting key workstreams, acting as a point of contact for operational and business change teams on regulatory matters, and contributing to the evolution of the operating model. Applicants for this role should have a strong background in managing, supporting, coaching, or training colleagues, with a preference for those with financial industry knowledge, particularly in private equity and other alternative assets. The position requires strong organizational, stakeholder management, and analytical skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on automation, transformation, and process efficiency, is essential. The role also involves reviewing and updating departmental policies and procedures, contributing to process standardization, and supporting the team through coaching, training, and guidance on project delivery.
