Associate Vice President, CFO Operations Manager, Regional Finance Greater Manila, Philippines Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, CFO Operations Manager, Regional Finance to prepare and analyze management reports covering financial results, plans, and forecasts. The role includes reviewing entity and regional financials, preparing regulatory submissions, coordinating statutory audits, and discussing results and unusual items with finance stakeholders. Responsibilities also include overseeing balance sheet substantiation, reviewing intercompany and transfer-pricing transactions, supporting annual planning, and identifying control gaps and mitigation plans. The successful candidate will also respond to ad hoc reporting needs, support technology-related initiatives, and maintain operational guidelines and reporting standards. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related discipline; a CPA qualification is preferred. Relevant experience in financial reporting, management reporting, financial analysis, or audit within financial services, shared services, business process outsourcing, or professional services is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is an advantage. The role also calls for collaborative, independent working habits and familiarity with AI productivity tools, including the ability to use them responsibly to improve workflows.
