Head of Finance Shared Services

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance Shared Services to lead accounting operations and financial reporting across multiple entities. The role will drive process improvements, standardisation, automation, and digital transformation while strengthening governance, internal controls, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include overseeing financial close and reporting, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulations, and providing technical guidance on complex accounting matters. The successful candidate will partner with senior stakeholders, improve service delivery, and lead, coach, and develop high-performing finance teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, finance, or a related discipline; a CPA designation is preferred. At least 10 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, including leadership in shared services, is required, along with experience managing end-to-end accounting operations across multiple entities. Applicants should bring strong technical knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and regulatory compliance, and a track record of leading process improvements, automation, or finance transformation. Excellent stakeholder communication, analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills are essential.
