The Company is seeking a Head of Anti-Vice and Financial Crime Surveillance Unit to play a pivotal role in the strategic setup and optimization of a dedicated unit focused on detecting and triaging financial flows related to child exploitation, illegal gambling, and other high-risk activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the unit's core operating model, workflows, and detection performance metrics. This includes the design and implementation of real-time transaction monitoring indicators, the establishment of comprehensive monitoring rules, and the oversight of alert analysis and reporting, ensuring the timely filing of high-quality Suspicious Transaction Reports. The role also involves partnering with product and engineering teams to integrate advanced technologies to reduce false positives and providing ad-hoc support during law enforcement inquiries or regulatory escalations. Applicants must have a minimum of 8 years' of experience in financial crime detection, transaction monitoring, or AML compliance, with at least 3 years' in a leadership capacity. A proven track record in managing detection programs related to high-risk areas such as OSAEC, human trafficking, or gambling/gaming compliance is essential. The role requires deep knowledge of regional and international AML/CFT laws, regulatory frameworks, and compliance reporting standards, as well as technical proficiency in advanced transaction monitoring software, SQL, and rule-tuning methodologies.
