President, Investment & Insurance Brokerage

The Company is seeking a President to lead its investment and insurance brokerage business in the Philippines and deliver its wealth management strategy. The role carries end-to-end responsibility for business performance and daily operations, including profit and loss, sales volumes, revenue, and cost management. The President will set growth plans, expand the operating model, oversee product launches, and improve sales effectiveness and customer experience. They will also manage operational and regulatory risks, maintain strong governance and reporting, and represent the business in Board and regulator engagements. Success requires coordinating across business functions to strengthen distribution, processes, technology, and overall customer offering. Candidates should bring progressive senior management experience in investments, insurance, or wealth distribution within a customer-facing environment. They must have a track record of managing profit and loss against sales and revenue targets while controlling costs and maintaining compliant, high-quality sales practices. Experience building or scaling operating structures, leading recruitment and product launches, and coordinating across functions is essential. The role also requires strong governance, internal controls, and operational and regulatory risk management, along with experience engaging Boards and regulators. Proven change leadership, process improvement, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across business lines are required.
