Responsibilities include contributing to a framework for business-led development, promoting coding standards, and guiding developers. The role works closely with finance stakeholders to shape solutions that meet business needs and comply with policies, and partners with technology teams to support integration and deployment. It also promotes programming knowledge and helps ensure standardized data is delivered accurately to operational teams. Candidates should be proficient in Python, VBA, and SQL, with experience using Jira and Git and applying test-driven development. Experience with financial control data and designing microservice-driven architectures is required. A university degree in engineering, finance, economics, or a related field is expected. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent written English and oral communication, are essential.
