The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee pediatric home health operations and strengthen relationships with clients, families, caregivers, and staff. Responsibilities include managing staffing, recruiting, onboarding, and retention; ensuring patients are adequately staffed; and monitoring labor and overtime targets.
