Interim Head of FP&A

The Company is in search of an experienced Head of FP&A to join its finance leadership team. This key role involves leading the financial planning, performance analysis, and commercial finance function, with a focus on providing forward-looking insights to support business performance and strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be responsible for group budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, as well as preparing high-quality Board reporting and substantial Board packs. Additionally, the role includes developing scenario analysis, financial models, and forward-looking forecasts, providing commercial analysis to senior stakeholders, and partnering with operational and commercial teams to drive improved performance. The ideal candidate for the Head of FP&A position at the company will have a strong background in FP&A, commercial finance, or corporate finance, with a proven track record in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Advanced skills in Excel and Power BI are essential, as is the ability to enhance systems, processes, and reporting with a continuous improvement mindset. The role requires excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills, and the candidate should hold a CA, CPA, or equivalent professional qualification. The Head of FP&A will also be expected to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning, and to improve FP&A reporting, dashboards, and financial modeling.
