Regional Vice President, All-Inclusive

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President, All-Inclusive to lead the strategy, operations, growth, and financial performance of its regional resort portfolio. The role is accountable for portfolio profitability, guest and brand experience, commercial outcomes, and owner value, while setting priorities and performance expectations for property leaders. Responsibilities include leading resort operations, developing senior talent, strengthening owner and developer partnerships, and guiding openings, conversions, renovations, and stabilization. The executive will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee investment and capital priorities, manage material risks, and advance differentiated resort experiences and portfolio growth. Candidates must have at least 15 years of progressive business leadership experience and 10 or more years in the lodging industry. Executive experience leading a multi-property resort portfolio, with accountability for operations, commercial performance, owners, talent, and growth, is preferred. Strong financial and commercial acumen, including expertise in revenue management, forecasting, capital allocation, and profit-and-loss leadership, is required, along with the ability to lead diverse teams and influence across complex organizations. English is required, Spanish is preferred, and a bachelor’s degree in a related field is required; a graduate degree is preferred.
