Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead the establishment and growth of its U.S. operations. This executive-level role is pivotal in the brand's expansion, with a focus on leading the operational strategy, overseeing new location openings, and building the necessary infrastructure for future growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing scalable operational systems, standards, and processes, as well as partnering with various teams to ensure exceptional guest experiences and service standards. Additionally, the role involves owning budgets, KPIs, and operational performance, and playing a key part in shaping the brand's long-term expansion strategy. Candidates for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should be proven senior hospitality leaders with a background in luxury hospitality, fine dining, or highly regarded restaurant groups. The ideal candidate will have strong multi-unit operational leadership experience, a successful track record in new openings, and the ability to manage significant P&Ls and complex operations.
