Deputy Head of Procurement

The Company is seeking a Deputy Head of Procurement to serve as an operational lead for assigned projects, product categories, and markets. The role includes supporting procurement leadership with sourcing strategies and priorities, representing the function with internal and external stakeholders, and managing strategic supplier relationships and negotiations. Responsibilities span end-to-end procurement, structured tender processes, supplier scouting and qualification, and coordination of logistics activities. The successful candidate will also monitor KPIs and savings objectives and promote consistent, efficient procurement practices across markets. Applicants should have at least seven years of relevant experience, preferably in energy, infrastructure, engineering and construction, automotive, or aerospace. Experience negotiating complex international agreements and managing structured request-for-quotation processes is required. Strong negotiation and supplier relationship skills, along with excellent written and spoken English, are essential. The role also requires frequent travel within the assigned scope.
