Vice President, Financial Reporting & Consolidation

The Company is seeking a VP Financial Reporting & Consolidation with a strong technical background to lead its financial reporting, consolidation, and accounting governance activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and delivery of consolidated financial statements, maintaining robust accounting policies and standards, and ensuring consistent reporting across international operations. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's international growth, potential future IPO, and relationships with investors, lenders, and auditors. The VP will also be involved in the integration of new entities, systems transformation, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-growing technology environment. Applicants must have a Master's degree in a relevant discipline, a professional accounting qualification, and at least 10 years' experience in financial reporting, consolidation, technical accounting, or audit. Experience in international groups, particularly within fast-growing sectors, and a background in supporting IPOs or capital markets transactions are essential. The role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, who is adept at managing multiple priorities and working under tight deadlines.
