Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to define and deliver a growth strategy across its commercial activities. The role will develop brand positioning and revenue streams, strengthen commercial partnerships, and identify new opportunities aligned with the organization’s vision. Responsibilities include building and leading a high-performing commercial team, growing business-to-business events and consumer offerings, and improving accommodation occupancy and revenue. The CCO will also establish consistent brand standards and work closely with stakeholders to deliver a strong customer experience. Candidates should have significant experience as a CCO or in an equivalent senior commercial leadership role within a complex, customer-facing, asset-intensive, or live-operations environment. They will bring strategic acumen, strong business management skills, and a record of delivering commercial growth through existing and new revenue channels and partnerships. A strong understanding of evolving consumer needs in relevant sectors, along with the ability to innovate and translate vision into results, is essential. The ideal candidate is an inclusive, collaborative leader with experience developing high-performing teams and excellent influencing and negotiation skills.
