The Company is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the day-to-day operations of its senior living campus. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal laws and regulations, as well as implementing industry best practices to foster a positive and mission-driven culture. This role involves maintaining effective communication, managing the campus's various operations to meet the needs of residents across different levels of care, and adhering to the operational budget. The Executive Director will also be tasked with empowering and mentoring staff, ensuring the physical plant and grounds are well-maintained, and participating in the development and revision of corporate policies and procedures. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a strong commitment to quality care and the ability to relate well to all individuals.
