Vice President of Finance Greater Milwaukee, WI Area

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance to take on a pivotal role as the primary financial partner to the Co-CEOs and Owners. This executive will be responsible for directing the overall finance, accounting, and reporting functions, with a strong focus on strategic partnership, proactive engagement, and driving profitability. Key responsibilities include overseeing manufacturing accounting, supporting supply chain cost analysis, leading cash management strategy, and establishing financial controls that align with the company's goals. The successful candidate will also be expected to apply modern financial tools, including AI, to enhance the efficiency of financial processes and will play a critical role in pricing, trade spend, and profitability across various sales channels. Applicants for the Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' progressive finance experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment, with a proven track record of leading the finance function at a similar or larger scale. A strong command of standard costing, manufacturing variance, and cost roll is essential, as is experience in a distribution environment with a focus on profitability models and cost reduction strategies. The role requires a deep understanding of global business environments, including imports, duties, tariffs, and currency. The ideal candidate will be ERP fluent, possess excellent communication skills, and have a hands-on approach to financial performance improvement. A Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field is required, with a CPA being strongly preferred.
