Interim Vice President, Medical Sub-Specialties Greater Minneapolis, MN Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Medical Sub-Specialties to provide administrative leadership and management oversight across hospital and ambulatory departments, sites, and specialties. In partnership with medical leadership, this role will advance strategic direction and organizational goals while overseeing team engagement, patient experience, quality improvement, affordability initiatives, and financial performance. The Vice President will contribute to senior-level strategy and counsel, and guide teams in delivering effective, coordinated services. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of healthcare leadership experience. A master’s degree in healthcare or business administration is preferred. The role calls for strong executive leadership, interpersonal, and change-management skills, along with a record of achieving results and developing teams.
