District Vice President

The Company is seeking a District Vice President to lead district strategy and business performance across a branch network. Responsibilities include growing market share, improving customer experience, and executing regional and national priorities through effective coaching, governance, and operational oversight. The role will develop branch leaders and teams, strengthen advice and service, support customer issue resolution, and ensure branch operations meet risk and regulatory expectations. The Vice President will also build community relationships, advance talent and succession planning, and guide colleagues through business transformation. Candidates should have an undergraduate degree and at least 10 years of relevant management experience leading teams in distribution channels. Required capabilities include demonstrated coaching and talent development, knowledge of operational excellence, expense management, consumer banking strategies, and customer, product, and channel strategies. Strong communication, analytical thinking, business acumen, process orientation, stakeholder management, and the ability to lead through change are essential. The successful candidate will be results-oriented, service-minded, and effective in building collaborative, high-performing teams.
