Senior Vice President, Global Operations Greater Montreal, Canada Area

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Operations to lead its worldwide operational functions and set strategy aligned with long-term business goals. The role oversees manufacturing, quality assurance, supply chain, production planning, and enterprise-wide process improvement across multiple sites. Responsibilities include improving safety, efficiency, quality, delivery, and financial performance; building a strong multi-site leadership team; and leading organizational change. The executive will also guide ERP and digital transformation, manage operational risks and business continuity, ensure regulatory compliance, and advise senior leadership on operational strategy and growth investments. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, business, or a related field; an MBA or graduate degree is an asset. They need at least 18 years of progressive manufacturing and operations leadership experience, including eight years in a senior executive role, and a record of leading multi-site, multinational operations in defense, aerospace, precision manufacturing, or another highly regulated industry. Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and familiarity with export controls and trade regulations are required. Exceptional communication, change-management, and relationship-building skills are essential.
