Associate Vice President, Accounting Control Senior Analyst Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking an Accounting Control Senior Analyst to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate financial, regulatory, and risk reporting in compliance with all relevant requirements. This role involves close collaboration with financial, regulatory, and risk reporting managers to provide in-depth analysis and insight into financials, regulatory reports, and accounts. The candidate will also be involved in supervising and assuring risk-based control reporting, as well as participating in various cyclical activities such as control self-assessments, control testing, and incident research. Applicants for this role at The Company should have a degree in accounting or a related field, with a strong preference for those with experience in financial services, particularly in areas such as Comprehensive Capital Analysis Review (CCAR), regulatory reporting, and treasury. The role requires a candidate with excellent project management skills, the ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple deliverables, and proficiency in MS Office. Experience in front-to-back control environments and a proven ability to leverage AI tools for business problem-solving are also highly valued. The ideal candidate will be adept at challenging existing processes and recommending improvements, and will be expected to work in a global organization, engaging with teams across multiple entities.
