The Company is in search of an Assistant Vice President for its Sales Analytics team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development and delivery of sales performance metrics, client analytics, and management reporting across markets. This role is pivotal in transforming complex data into actionable business insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and contributing to key franchise-wide initiatives. Key responsibilities include producing and maintaining sales productivity reporting, supporting the development of client value and sales performance methodologies, and creating senior management reporting materials. The role also involves partnering with various stakeholders to source and validate data, developing visualizations, and supporting automation and process improvement initiatives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline and relevant experience in analytics, business intelligence, or management reporting within financial services or a corporate environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, as is advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with data visualization and analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, or Python is required. The ideal candidate will have a background in markets, institutional banking, or capital markets, and experience with CRM platforms and client feedback data sources. The role demands a high level of attention to detail, a commitment to data quality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
