The Company is seeking a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead information security, cyber resilience, and technology risk management for a regulated entity. The role oversees the implementation, monitoring, and documentation of security controls, and leads risk assessments for technology changes, cloud services, applications, and third-party providers. Responsibilities include coordinating incident response, resilience testing, remediation, and regulatory engagement, as well as maintaining compliance with applicable requirements. The CISO will advise senior leadership, report risk metrics, and guide a team while aligning enterprise security practices with local regulatory obligations. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience; typically, 10–12 years in cybersecurity, information security, technology risk, or resilience within financial services or another regulated environment is expected. Experience leading security or resilience initiatives, working with engineering and cloud teams, and engaging regulators and auditors is important. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of cybersecurity controls, incident management, cloud and infrastructure risk, and relevant regulatory frameworks and standards. Excellent judgment, communication, analytical, and leadership skills are required, along with the ability to translate regulatory expectations into practical controls and influence stakeholders across a complex organization.
