The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Data Governance Foundation Lead Analyst to shape operational risk, data, and technology governance. The role establishes risk policies, governance processes, and tools; assesses risks and challenges practices to address recurring losses; and leads cross-functional data governance initiatives. Responsibilities include applying AI to improve data insights and risk reporting, defining initiative scope and success measures, and managing risk-related requirements with business and technology partners. The analyst also oversees project documentation for completion and audit validation, and translates evolving requirements into practical action. Candidates should have 12 or more years of relevant experience in operational risk, data governance, or a related field, with in-depth knowledge of risk processes and reporting platforms. Strong communication, influencing, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills are required, along with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and deliver detailed analysis and recommendations. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office is essential. Experience in data governance or data controls and third-party or vendor oversight is beneficial.
