Associate Vice President, Fund Launch, Onboarding & Wind Down

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President to join its Fund Launch, Onboarding, and Wind Down team. The successful candidate will serve as a business liaison to technology, focusing on the fund launch lifecycle for various investment types. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between business and technology, requiring the analysis of operational processes, documentation of requirements, and support of the full development lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, and possess a collaborative, agile, innovative, and proactive approach. Responsibilities include process improvements, data and reporting analysis, and the implementation of AI tools to enhance business operations. Applicants should have a BS/BA degree in a relevant field, with a preference for a degree in accounting, economics, finance, or general business, and at least 7 years of experience in a business analyst or project management role, preferably within the asset management industry. The role demands a strong problem-solver, self-motivated individual with the ability to operate independently, and a proven track record of surfacing actionable insights for process and data improvements. Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other iterative product management styles is essential, as is the ability to leverage excellent interpersonal skills to drive the execution and adoption of new systems and processes. Experience with data mastering applications and tools such as APIs, SQL, XL Connector, and Power Automate is strongly preferred.
