The Company is seeking a Vice President for its Advanced Manufacturing, Mobility, and Infrastructure (AMI) Industry Market. The successful candidate will be part of a team that helps clients navigate the evolving landscape of business, particularly in the areas of how goods and services are designed, created, and sold. This role is pivotal in driving cross-sector collaboration and developing cohesive market responses. The Vice President will also be involved in connecting regional sector communities with a global market infrastructure. Key responsibilities include providing technical excellence in cash flow modeling, preparing M&A advisory materials, and leading go-to-market initiatives with a focus on deal origination and market positioning. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, an MBA from a tier 1 business school, or a CA, and a minimum of 10-12 years' of relevant work experience, preferably with an investment bank or capital market team. The role requires a candidate with a practical approach to problem-solving, the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions, and a collaborative work style. Technical skills in cash flow modeling, M&A advisory, and a working knowledge of the real estate sector, particularly the developer landscape in Mumbai and Pune, are highly desirable.
