The Company is seeking a Business Management Specialist at the Vice President level to play a key role in the separation and migration of its private banking and wealth management business in India. The successful candidate will be instrumental in supporting the execution of this significant transition, with a focus on the separation and migration of the business to the buyer, as well as the setup of the unit handling any residual business and transitional services. This role requires a professional with at least 10 years' of relevant experience in private banking, wealth management, business management, COO, project management, or transformation, and a strong background in banking and investment products. Key responsibilities for the role include supporting the deal team in critical tasks related to separation and migration planning, interacting with a wide range of stakeholders, and supporting the finalization of transitional services. The candidate should have good project management and stakeholder management skills, the ability to work in a fast-changing environment, and a proven track record of problem-solving and analytical skills. Experience in supporting technology change management and people initiatives is a plus. The role also demands advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting, as well as a university degree and the ability to leverage AI tools for business problem-solving. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic and the ability to ensure the responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
