Vice President, Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead high-impact workstreams across complex, cross-functional programs. The role involves driving process transformation and operational improvements, turning ambiguous data and business processes into actionable recommendations, and defining program objectives, requirements, plans, and controls. The successful candidate will partner with business and technology teams to shape target operating models and support solution design, implementation, and testing. They will also lead teams and stakeholder relationships, review deliverables, communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders, and promote continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in management consulting and financial services, including a track record of delivering complex end-to-end programs using structured methodologies. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; PMP or PRINCE2 certification is preferred. The role calls for expertise in operating model and process transformation, business requirements, analytical problem-solving, process improvement, and business case development, along with experience collaborating with technology teams across delivery lifecycles. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders, work independently, and navigate ambiguity are essential. Familiarity with digitalization and emerging technologies, including AI, is also expected.
