Vice President, Structurer SETG Greater Mumbai, India Area

The Company is seeking a Structurer VP with a focus on SETG. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process of defining, designing, developing, and delivering new products that align with the business strategy. This role involves overseeing all structuring activities, providing expert advice on product development, and ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the business and clients. The Structurer VP will also be involved in the negotiation and execution of transactions, adhering to regulatory requirements, and managing the new product development process to ensure successful delivery. Applicants must have a strong background in structured finance, with a deep understanding of capital markets products, particularly in the equities complex. The role requires a candidate with an MBA from a premier business school, CA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification, and a minimum of 7-10 years' experience in structured lending or the equities complex. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transaction execution, stakeholder management, and a sophisticated understanding of complex transaction structures. Technical skills should include advanced proficiency in financial modeling, market data systems, and internal risk systems. The role also demands strong leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
