The Company is seeking a VP / Head of Assembly and Supply Chain to play a pivotal role in the future of medical logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing on-site assembly and supply chain operations, with a focus on scaling production to support the deployment of critical aircraft designed for autonomous operation in time-sensitive medical logistics. This includes the development and execution of sourcing strategies for aerospace components, overseeing quality control standards, and collaborating with engineering teams to optimize design for manufacturing. Applicants must have a proven track record in leadership within assembly operations and supply chains, preferably in the aerospace or high-tech manufacturing sector. A strong background in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and quality assurance processes is essential. The role requires a hands-on approach to problem-solving, excellent communication, and team management skills. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated, structured, pragmatic, and comfortable with ambiguity, and should be prepared to work in a fast-paced startup environment. While not mandatory, German language skills are an advantage, and the role demands a high level of proficiency in English, as the team is international.
