Interim Head of Global Network Banking

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Global Network Banking to lead its business in Oman and strengthen its position serving international corporate clients. Responsibilities include growing client portfolios, revenue, and profitability; winning new clients; deepening existing relationships; and delivering needs-based solutions. The role also involves leading and developing teams, shaping local and international business strategy, and ensuring a client-focused experience. The successful candidate will connect clients with the organization’s global capabilities, maintain strong credit and risk standards, and build market relationships through external representation and partnerships. Candidates should have a proven banking track record with international corporate clients and senior-level experience across corporate lending, credit structures, risk assessment, cash and payment solutions, and trade finance. Experience managing multinational clients and international subsidiaries in Oman is preferred, along with a strong understanding of the country’s economy and banking regulations. The role requires the ability to build credibility with senior business leaders, regulators, and government stakeholders. A university degree is required.
