Chief of Staff, Data Center Facilities Greater Nashville, TN Area

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to serve as a strategic and operational partner to senior facilities leadership. The role will manage executive priorities, track strategic initiatives, coordinate cross-functional programs, and prepare communications, reports, and decision-support materials. Responsibilities also include maintaining operating reviews, dashboards, and performance metrics; identifying gaps affecting delivery, cost, and schedules; and monitoring portfolio risks and capital deployment. The Chief of Staff will support planning and business reviews, capacity strategy, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience, and at least eight years of experience in data center delivery, infrastructure programs, consulting, or strategic operations. Experience supporting senior executives and leading cross-functional initiatives in complex environments is required. The ideal candidate brings strong analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills, sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to turn complex information into actionable insights. They should also be comfortable operating amid ambiguity and driving measurable business outcomes.
