Associate Managing Director

The Company is seeking an Associate Managing Director to help drive advisor growth, development, and retention. Working with senior leadership, the role will attract experienced financial advisors, support their evaluation and transition, and coach them on practice growth, business development, and wealth management. Responsibilities include strengthening advisor engagement and productivity, coordinating onboarding across internal teams, and using market intelligence and performance data to advance business priorities. Success will be measured by advisor recruitment, onboarding, productivity, retention, and overall business growth. Candidates should have significant experience in wealth management, financial services leadership, advisor development, or recruiting, with a proven record of attracting experienced advisors. Strong knowledge of financial planning, investments, advisory platforms, and practice management is required, along with excellent analytical, communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Series 6 and 65 registrations and a Life/Health insurance license are required; Series 7 and 66 registrations and designations such as CFP, ChFC, or CLU are preferred.
