Managing Director, Alumni Strategy

The Company is seeking a Managing Director of Alumni Strategy to develop and lead a multiyear approach to engaging and supporting alumni across career stages. The role will strengthen alumni boards and community, advance a school leadership pathway, and build partnerships with senior alumni and education leaders. The successful candidate will connect alumni expertise with regional education priorities, coordinate professional learning and leadership development, and align partnerships with student and community needs. Responsibilities also include setting priorities and resource plans, maintaining engagement data, measuring outcomes, communicating progress, and adapting the strategy based on evidence and stakeholder input. Candidates should have at least seven years of progressively responsible experience in areas such as strategic planning, community engagement, leadership development, educator development, partnership management, nonprofit leadership, or education systems improvement. They should demonstrate success executing multiyear strategies, understand K–12 teaching and learning and effective school leadership, and have experience designing or improving adult professional learning. Strong partnership-building, analytical, organizational, communication, and facilitation skills are required, along with sound judgment and the ability to lead through influence. A commitment to educational equity and respectful collaboration with alumni, students, families, and community partners is essential.
