The Company is in search of a Vice President, Global Cloud Operations to provide senior leadership across its global cloud and SaaS operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of global cloud operations, translating that strategy into an effective operating model, and leading the execution of capabilities that ensure the delivery of reliable, secure, scalable, and cost-effective SaaS services. This role demands a senior technology and operations leader with a strong background in organizational leadership, technical credibility, and operational discipline, particularly in the context of a complex, global SaaS environment. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Global Cloud Operations include advancing cloud reliability, scalability, and engineering practices, strengthening operational resilience, and leading cloud economics and strategic partnerships. The role also involves partnering with product management, engineering, information security, and other business functions to meet customer commitments and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale cloud and SaaS operations, experience with major public cloud platforms, and a strong focus on operational and business metrics to drive continuous improvement. Strong executive communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential, as is the ability to lead and develop a high-performing global organization. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related discipline is preferred, with an advanced degree or equivalent experience being a plus.
