The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Technology Product Management to guide platform feature development from discovery through launch. Responsibilities include using customer research, metrics, and competitive analysis to shape priorities, maintain the product roadmap and backlog, and make feature trade-off decisions. The role develops release documentation, use cases, requirements, user stories, and system interaction diagrams, while coordinating with design, engineering, and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will monitor development, resolve delivery risks, review demos against acceptance criteria, and track adoption, performance, and operational health. Candidates should have 5–8 years of experience in product development or product management, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and a data-driven, results-oriented approach. Experience with high-traffic distributed cloud services, infrastructure programs, organizational change, and third-party service providers is valued. Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and the ability to lead, coach, and coordinate across teams are important. A bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is required.
