Associate Vice President, AI Orchestration

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, AI Orchestration to translate enterprise AI strategy into practical adoption and measurable outcomes across technology and business teams. Responsibilities include setting adoption priorities, maintaining a catalog of approved AI capabilities and reusable practices, and enabling teams through training and champion networks. The role will establish adoption measures, promote responsible AI governance and regulatory readiness, and guide AI tooling and platform decisions. It will also embed AI into technology delivery workflows, scale successful pilots, and represent the organization’s AI strategy with senior stakeholders and external partners. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive technology leadership experience, including four or more years leading transformation, organizational change, or modernization with measurable impact. They must be able to influence senior leaders, drive large-scale adoption across teams, and build virtual communities that sustain accountability. Hands-on familiarity with modern AI tools and capabilities—including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, model validation, and agentic delivery—is required. The role also calls for knowledge of responsible AI and technology risk in regulated industries, strong communication skills for technical and executive audiences, and the ability to work effectively with risk, legal, compliance, and data governance partners.
