Associate Vice President, Business Development & Management

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Development & Management to support the execution of new business development strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research in English and Chinese, developing bilingual marketing plans, and identifying opportunities to improve product design, pricing, testing, and monitoring. The role also involves presenting analytical findings and proposals, evaluating performance using KPIs and financial analysis, and coordinating projects and reporting with internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will monitor regulatory compliance, assess potential risks, and help maintain policies and offerings in line with applicable requirements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field; a business-related master’s degree with statistical analysis skills is preferred. At least two years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation is required, along with knowledge of banking products, services, and operational procedures. Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the role involves research, marketing, coordination, and reporting in both English and Chinese.
