Associate Vice President, Business Development & Management

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Business Development & Management to support the execution of new business development strategies. Responsibilities include conducting market research in English and Chinese, developing bilingual marketing plans, and identifying opportunities to improve product design, pricing, testing, and monitoring. The role also involves presenting analytical findings and business proposals, evaluating performance using KPIs and financial analysis, and coordinating projects with internal teams and external partners. The successful candidate will help forecast and mitigate risks, monitor regulatory compliance, and update policies and offerings in line with applicable requirements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in business, economics, finance, accounting, statistics, or a related field; a master’s degree in a business discipline with statistical analysis skills is preferred. At least two years of experience in the offered role or a related occupation is required, along with knowledge of banking products, services, and operations. Fluency in Mandarin is required, as the position involves research, communication, and reporting in both Mandarin and English. Strong quantitative analysis, market research, and business proposal skills are also important.
