Associate Vice President, RKS Configuration Management & DevOps Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking a Configuration Manager to join their RKS Development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including building and deploying applications to a large number of servers, coordinating infrastructure maintenance, and planning and executing disaster recovery exercises. This role also involves supporting the adoption of Azure cloud and deployment automation, with a focus on learning and building proficiency in these areas. The ideal candidate should be a motivated individual with a strong background in Windows Visual C++, Java, and experience in configuration management, version control, and release management. Applicants for the Configuration Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor of Engineering or Computer Science, with at least 5 years' experience in software development using C++ on Windows, application support, and DevOps. The role requires a self-motivated person who can work both independently and as part of a global team. Experience with Git, RTC, and a background in Agile development is preferred. The candidate should be familiar with CI/CD processes, and exposure to tools such as Harness, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Jenkins is a plus.
