The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to provide day-to-day leadership and guide the organization toward its clinical and financial goals. Responsibilities include developing and implementing a strategic plan with the Board, establishing effective operational controls and reporting systems, and monitoring financial performance to address results that fall short of objectives. The CEO will build and lead a high-performing management team, support recruitment and retention, and oversee service arrangements and contracts. The role also ensures operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and healthcare quality and accreditation standards. Candidates should have at least five years of successful healthcare management experience, preferably as a hospital or healthcare facility CEO or COO; rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred. A bachelor’s degree is required, and a master’s degree is preferred, ideally in business, healthcare operations or management, or a clinical discipline. Knowledge of medical-surgical hospitals and health systems is an asset. The ideal candidate is committed to strong clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, and effective partner relationships.
