Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead a philanthropic enterprise in a transformative generational evolution. The successful candidate will be instrumental in co-creating a strategic vision that honors the legacy of the sunsetting foundation while embracing new program areas and approaches to drive impact. This role requires a leader with a deep understanding of family philanthropy and impact investing, capable of overseeing the distribution and administration of a diverse grant portfolio. The Executive Director will work closely with the family to design and implement a grantmaking strategy that balances legacy focus areas with expanded programs in arts and culture, environmental sustainability, and wealth equity. Responsibilities also include operations, finance, and compliance, as well as relationship building and board engagement. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in family foundation leadership, and a proven track record in philanthropic leadership and family governance. The role demands a service-oriented leader with a collaborative approach, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage a range of external partners. The ideal candidate will be adept at intergenerational coaching, have a passion for driving positive global change, and be committed to the values of the foundation.
