The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead business operations and turn leadership’s vision into clear priorities, plans, and measurable execution. The role oversees multiple business functions, develops department leaders, and establishes effective leadership routines and accountability. Key responsibilities include completing reporting and analytics systems, connecting operational and financial data, and guiding budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and performance reviews. The COO will also oversee acquisition and intake performance, improve the client journey, and evaluate technology and process changes while protecting confidential information. Candidates should bring proven senior operating leadership experience, including responsibility for financial performance, multiple functions, staffing, and execution. They should demonstrate that they have built or materially improved an operating capability and have strong commercial and financial fluency across acquisition, conversion, budgets, forecasts, labor models, and variance analysis. The role requires direct, compassionate leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to challenge senior leaders constructively while following through on decisions. Experience in plaintiff personal injury, mass tort, or another legal or consumer-service business is preferred; experience as an operating-system integrator is an advantage.
