Executive Director, Agentic Product Data Science Greater New York City, NY Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the strategy and delivery of real-time analytics and agentic AI/ML capabilities. The role oversees the product roadmap and full lifecycle of customer-focused use cases, from discovery and experimentation through production, monitoring, and iteration. Responsibilities include developing reusable data and model products, establishing practices for evaluation, safety, governance, and risk management, and improving delivery processes to accelerate time to market. The leader will partner across technical and business functions, present recommendations to senior leaders, and manage and develop a high-performing team. Candidates should have at least eight years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications, along with extensive knowledge of product development, technical design, and data analytics. Relevant experience in data science, analytics, AI/ML, or related consulting is required, including delivering measurable results in production and understanding real-time data systems and operational needs. The role also calls for deep expertise in Agile delivery and product management, strong stakeholder influence, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to varied audiences. Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills are essential; familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus.
