Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and impact. Working closely with the board and executive team, the CEO will set and deliver strategy, lead the organization, mobilize philanthropic resources, and build partnerships to advance its mission. The role oversees fundraising, financial management, programs, operations, communications, systems, and organizational development while fostering a high-performing, values-led culture. The CEO will also serve as the organization’s principal spokesperson and ambassador. Candidates should bring experience leading and scaling complex organizations or programs in multi-stakeholder environments, combining strategic vision with operational discipline, sound governance judgment, and a metrics-driven approach. A strong record of securing major funding commitments, cultivating donors, and building effective relationships across philanthropy, government, business, and global health is required. The ideal candidate demonstrates integrity, humility, compassion, resilience, and a deep commitment to the organization’s mission and the communities it serves.
