Managing Director, Marine

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead and grow its marine insurance business. The role will focus on executing growth strategy, developing new markets and territories, and building on existing global opportunities. The successful candidate will recruit and develop high-calibre marine producers and brokers, while strengthening relationships with wholesale brokers and managing general underwriters. The position also involves international travel to meet existing and prospective business partners. Candidates should bring proven experience as a marine insurance producer, broker, or senior leader, with expertise in commercial marine lines such as hull and machinery, protection and indemnity, and liability. A strong record of driving growth, executing strategy, and developing markets is essential. The ideal candidate will be ready to take on an executive leadership role and demonstrate the commercial judgment and relationship-building skills needed to expand a global marine business.
