Executive Director, Clinical Research Development

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Research Development to advance oncology therapies through clinical development. The role includes designing and conducting early- and late-stage trials, assessing safety and efficacy data, providing medical monitoring, and overseeing study-related clinical activities. The Executive Director will interpret research findings, prepare accurate and timely reports, and collaborate with scientific, clinical, operational, statistical, safety, and regulatory teams. The position also involves coordinating responses to questions from health authorities and ethics committees and supporting consistent, high-quality study execution. Candidates must hold a U.S.-trained or U.S.-educated MD, or be a board-certified physician with clinical practice and direct patient-care experience beyond residency; oncology experience is required. Applicants should have 7–10 years of clinical experience, including at least three years in clinical drug development within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry. A track record leading clinical trials, including medical monitoring of early- and late-stage studies, is essential. Candidates must also bring strong knowledge of clinical research methods, Good Clinical Practice, and regulatory requirements, experience with IND and/or NDA/BLA filings, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
