Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to shape financial strategy in a growing startup environment and partner closely with founders on planning, performance visibility, and capital strategy. Responsibilities include building financial models and forecasts, leading budgeting and cash-flow planning, and preparing leadership reporting, dashboards, and business insights. The role will support fundraising by developing financial materials, organizing diligence, and responding to investor questions. The successful candidate will establish scalable finance processes, coordinate planning with accounting results, and translate financial data into actionable recommendations while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution. Candidates should have at least 10 years of finance experience, preferably in an early-stage startup, and prior training in investment banking, financial planning and analysis, private equity, or venture capital followed by an in-house operating role. Advanced financial modeling skills and experience developing forecasts, operating models, and executive dashboards are required. Applicants should understand SaaS performance metrics, have supported a capital raise and investor diligence, and be able to build finance processes from the ground up. Strong collaboration skills, a practical approach, and the ability to build trust with founders and cross-functional leaders are also important.
